If was clean but some used

The bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay; they had coffee and juices so I was happy. Good location, close to Stanford. We would stay there again.

We could hear the TV and conversation in the adjacent room. Really difficult to sleep.

Staff was very friendly, maid service was great, we didn't have them clean the room because we had a sick child, but they provided all we needed and were very accommodating. It was quiet, off of the main thoroughfare, and centrally located. Very close to the Palo Alto Medical Foundation that we were attending. Also close to restaurants and conveniences. The hotel suited our needs. We needed a place to stay, that was comfortable and close to our doctor's appointments. The beds were really nice, the hotel building is obviously from the 80's, outdoor style, but far enough off the main drag so traffic was not an issue. It was clean, service was friendly and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast served hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, orange juice, coffee, and my son really liked the fresh waffles. Reasons I would not stay there again: 1. Our room had an bad odor. 2. People's yelling noises going in and out their rooms at 2 a.m. disturbed our sleep 3. The continental breakfast was a joke. Just not first class. We wasted our time. Should have just gone straight to MacDonald's. 4. Several hotel guest had construction trucks in the parking lot, would have been better for them to have a designated area just for trucks. 5. Decor needed updated. ...read more
